Project has been rebid Wayne County School District 90-0595, a/k/a Winside Public Schools, will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for additions and renovation to the existing elementary and high schools located at 203 Crawford Avenue, Winside, Nebraska 68790. The additions are one (1) and two (2) stories in height and have a total area of approximately thirty-three thousand eight hundred (33,800) square feet. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Two Additions to the existing Elementary School and High School buildings consisting of a two-story commons/kitchen/cafeteria, administration, media center, and locker rooms/athletics addition and a one-story Career Technology Education (CTE) addition and related site work. Renovation to the existing buildings consisting demolition of covered exterior walkway between existing buildings, restroom remodel, limited room reconfiguration, adding automatic sprinkler system, and electrical and mechanical renovations. High School renovation work also includes repair of sinking slab-on-grade floor along the existing interior retaining wall. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
