The proposed work consists of but is not limited to; Furnish and install all labor, material, supervision, equipment, accessories, tools, services, transportation, unloading, handling, hoisting, safety, clean-up, applicable taxes, insurances, bonds and all other things necessary for the completion of the Energy Management System HVAC Upgrades ECMs 3, 6 & 7 Scope at the Brick MUA Main Complex. Scope includes removal of 12 Water Source Heat Pumps, Installation of 7 New Water Source Heat Pumps, 5 New Air Handling Units with Condensing Units, installation of new cooling tower, condenser water pumps and chemical feed system, and all associated piping, wiring controls and appurtenances as required by the design drawings and specifications. This scope includes all controls upgrades and scope identified in the design drawings and specifications. The proposed work is located; The Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority, 1551 Highway 88 West, Brick, NJ 08724 Note: This project is not funded by the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP). Each prospective bidder will have to provide the appropriate installation references and certifications to the satisfaction of the Owner. While attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is recommended, it is not a mandatory prerequisite to bidding. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by Brick Utilities. All bids must be enclosed in sealed, specially addressed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and work bid upon.
