The Contractor agrees that the Work in this Contract shall begin as soon after the Notice to Proceed as is necessary for the Contractor to complete the Work within the number of calendar days allowed and prior to the stated completion date. The completion date shall be 60 calendar days after the beginning of construction, or completed no later than November 1, 2022 ONTRACT TIME, MILESTONES AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Contractor shall have no more than 60 consecutive calendar days to complete the project and shall complete all Work for this project by November 1, 2022. This Final Completion date is based upon the Contractor receivinga Notice to Proceed with the project on or before April 1, 2022. This contract is primarily focused upon the reconstruction of sidewalk and curb ramps. There is an immediate need for repair of sidewalks at the locations as shown on the plans. The Contractor shall coordinate the Beginningof Work date with the Project Manager. Once Work commences, it is expected that the Contractor remain on site until the completion of the project. This project includes sidewalk and curb ramp reconstruction in various locations in southwest Lincoln. The plan set indicates locations of sidewalk repairs needed and are approximate and subject to change. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Project Manager regarding upcomingrepair locations. The City will mark the actual sections of sidewalk and ramps which require repair upon receivingnotification from the Contractor a minimum of seven days in advance of anticipated construction
