Q & A deadline: Mar 01, 2022 7:00:00 PM EST The Otay Water District (District) will require the services of hydraulic modeling consulting firm(s) (Consultant) to provide professional hydraulic modeling services in support of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for a period of two Fiscal Years (FY 2023 - FY 2024) on an as-needed basis. The services will require the use of Innovyze(R) GIS based InfoWater(R) and InfoSewer(R) (consultant needs to possess these software programs) and may include, but not be limited to: updating the potable water, recycled water, and sanitary sewer models as needed; and performing studies to support the District's CIP projects, Developer funded projects, and District Operations inquiries. The District may select two (2) consultants for the contract. Consultants must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. If a consultant submits a proposal but is not registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, their proposal will be considered unresponsive. Request for Proposal (RFP) materials will be e-mailed to qualified firms within two business days after issuance of the RFP and confirmed receipt of LOI and SOQ.
