Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lawnside, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Wayne R. Bryant Senior Community Center Shingle Roof Replacement Project All contractors are required to park in legal, off-site parking spaces. Bids must be submitted on standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Please be advised that Due to Covid-19 State of Emergency the Borough of Lawnside Municipal Building is closed to the public and as such all submissions should be placed in the red locked mailbox located at the door in front of the municipal building. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Bidders are required to comply with all the requirements of Affirmative Action Regulations P.L. 1975 and the Prevailing Wage Law as required under chapter 150 of the laws of 1963, State of NJ. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Borough of Lawnside. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., Bidders are required to comply with the Affirmative Action Regulation of P.L. 1975, c. 127, (N.J.A.C. 17-27). Chapter 33, Laws of 1977 (Assembly Bill No. 22, 1976, approved March 8, 1977)-requires corporate bidders of State, County, contracts to submit a list of the names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock.
