Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, valve vault, excavation and disposal, submersible pumps, hatches, sanitary sewer, force main, piping, valve and fittings, drainage, hose bibb, paving, driveway, access road, sidewalks, Type 7 ADA ramps, concrete stairs, equipment foundations, raised worker platform, manual transfer switch, bollards, wooden gate and fencing, site grading, junction box with type E inlet and flap gate valve, backflow preventer, dewatering, groundwater control system, coatings, hydro-much seeding, storm water pollution prevention during construction, trench safety system, natural gas generator, gas meter, electrical, controls and appurtenances. Complete in Place. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids If plans and bid documents are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the engineer.
