Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above projects; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; clear and grub of area; installation and grading of approved fill material; installation of 650 ft of 8" culinary waterline; installation of open waterway and approximately 215 ft of 12" pvc storm drain and 130 ft of 15" class III rcp storm drain; removal and installation of asphalt and roadbase surfacing; roadway surface milling; installation of asphalt overlay surfacing; and miscellaneous landscaping; installation of curb & gutter, sidewalk and handicap ramps and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner. Liquidated damages or project delay charges will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract documents.
