Project Description: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services, incidental and/or implied for a new working HVAC system per project manual specifications and plans for Avery's Creek Elementary School Scope: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits and services, incidental and implied, for the completion of work as described herein. The general scope of the project is to accomplish the following: 1. Project primarily involves the removal of four existing dedicated outside air units and replacing with new units. 2. Provide extended curbs to permit duct and unit fitment on roof. 3. Provide electrical upgrades to support new equipment. 4.
