Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The project consists of the design, engineering certification, fabrication, finishing, and installation of a new metal storage racking system, together with associated items such as site inspection, shop drawings, cleaning, provision of instruction manual and client training. Also include any other items necessary to provide the client with a complete system, certified, safe, clean and ready for their use. Additional column protectors and bollards also form part of this work. As set out in Part A - Instructions to Bidder, Item 6.14 Scoring and Review: 6.14.1 The selection of a Metal Storage Racking Subcontractor will be based on a best value approach and a two (2) envelope submission will be used. 6.14.2 Bidders that do not meet the requirements of Part D - Envelope 1 - Technical Package will be deemed non-compliant. 6.14.3 The compliant bidder with the lowest Total Bid Amount at Part D - Envelope 2 - Financial Package will be the Successful Bidder for this tender.
