The requested service is expected to begin April 1st and continue for up to 5 years, with the option to renew. Quote submission requirements and instructions
1. Cost proposal for:
a. Service for April 1st- December 31st , 2022;
b. Service for additional 4 years;
c. Miscellaneous one-time charges, if any;
