The City of South Jordan is inviting contractors to bid on the 2200 West Parkstrip Landscaping project. The work is located on 2200 West from approximately 11400 South to South Jordan Parkway and approximately 9800 South to 9400 South and generally includes, but is not limited to the construction of landscaping improvements and irrigation, removal and replacement of existing rock mulch for proposed planter beds with weed fabric; planter bed excavation and grading; electrical connection for irrigation clocks, electrical conduit bore; new irrigation systems and connections to existing meters; new irrigations system extensions from existing systems; placement of topsoil, installation of trees and plantings and all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, mobilization and all other costs including overhead and profit.
