The work entails the completion of a Schedule C class environmental assessment, including a feasibility study and preliminary design (provisional) for the community of Bolton for water and wastewater infrastructure. The study will address the impact future population growth will have on existing infrastructure, it will help develop an infrastructure servicing plan that identifies infrastructure required to service this growth and address any existing issues related to aging infrastructure, capacity and emergency supply. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
