Renovation of a museum in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

As of June 13, 2023, this project has been completed. A bond was issued and approved to combine two major projects- Steffen Roof Replacement & Museum Improvements. This project was completed by the Roofing Contractor in which was still under a term contract with the town. A detailed scope has not been released. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Existing building improvements, such as roof replacements, interior renovations, building envelope improvements, mechanical, plumbing or electrical upgrades. Demolition of an unsafe structure, referred to as the Storage Building. Construction of a new storage building to replace the demolished structure. Site improvements such as sidewalks and walking paths, fencing or gates, site lighting, etc. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
