Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract on a competitive basis using FAR Part 15 Procedures. NUWCDIVNPT has a requirement for interior modification of existing secure storage space. Project includes demolition and construction of walls, replacement of personnel and overhead doors, provision of through-wall exhaust fans and louvers, and modification of the electrical system. Onsite Contractor supervision will require at least one qualified individual who may serve concurrently in the role of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer.
