03/09/2022 03:00 PM Question Acceptance Deadline The work generally consists of the preparation, cold milling, and paving of the Department of Public Works (DPW) driveways and parking lots. Such work shall be performed in accordance with the information contained in this document. All equipment and materials will be moved by DPW prior to the commencement of paving work. DPW will be adding curbing, concrete wall, storm water drainage improvements and a water line to the north lot prior to the paving operation. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 25 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
