Renovation of a military facility in Crisfield, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The last day for questions is April 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The City is seeking qualified "Contractors" to provide services for the following scope of work which includes but is not limited to replacing the front and rear low-slope roof's, restoring the barrel vault roof, restoring brick, and repointing mortar around the building, replacing deteriorated steel lintels, resealing windows, re-flashing the building, sealing the exterior masonry, and replacing a portion of decayed interior floor structure. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the scope of work identified in the contract documents and in accordance with the scope of work identified and per Federal and State guidelines. Bids shall be presented under sealed cover with the project name and contract number clearly stated on the outside of the envelope along with bid date and time. Any bids received after said time will be returned unopened. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice to those bidders receiving plans. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. These bid documents are for the Envelope Remediation phase of the multi-phase restoration of the Historic Armory building in Crisfield. The Scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to replacing the front and rear low-slope roofs, restoring the barrel vault roof, restoring brick and repointing mortar around the building, replacing deteriorated steel lintels, resealing windows, reflashing the building and sealing the exterior masonry. In addition a portion of decayed floor structure on the inside is to be replaced. The objective ofthis phase is to make the building once again impervious to moisture.
