The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting Bids from qualified firms for a project consisting of various renovation and rehabilitation scopes at the existing Animal Shelter facility, located at 300 E Galleria Dr., Henderson, Nevada. Question Cutoff Date: 3/17/2022 12:00 PM (PT) The City anticipates bringing forth the recommendation of award of this IFB to Henderson City Council for approval on April 19, 2022. 7:00 PM (ET) Upon execution of the Contract the City will issue the Contractor a formal Notice to Proceed and/or a Purchase Order and all Work shall be fully completed by January 31, 2023
