Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an office development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; for the demolition of a office development; for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

For the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractors equipment, and all else necessary to properly remodel an existing conference room into offices and an executive conference room, upgrade the air conditioning unit in the Server Room, and upgrade the audiovisual equipment in the Metro Board Room and in the Training Room, as more clearly specified in the construction documents. The complete project includes the demolition of parts of the existing conference room and reconstruction of the demised space to include three offices and an executive conference room. The project also includes adding a computer room air conditioning (CRAC) unit and rooftop condensing unit for the main server room and procuring and installing audiovisual equipment in the Metro Transit Boardroom and the primary training room at the facility to improve remote meeting capabilities. Metro has established a completion date of June 30, 2022 for the project. All project work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. Funds for project are being provided through a Federal Transportation Administration grant. Federal Provisions applicable to this project are included in the bid package.
