Bidders must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website as of February 15, 2022 . Fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System. The person in charge of the call for tenders appointed by the municipality of Noyan is Mr. Guy Bérubé, general manager. Any request for information relating to this call for tenders must be sent to Mr. Bérubé by email at: dgnoyan@ville.noyan.qc.ca The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Bid Bond 10% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
