Renovation of a fire / police facility in Downey, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Provide and install a new panic alarm system with audio and visual annunciation for the property/evidence room. Install wire and low volt cabling as required to all locations, install new A/V alarm, and make final terminations. o Install 120v to DC controller with enclosure for annunciation system. o Intercept existing 120V power above ceiling and extend to new location of power supply. o Install (2) panic button locations, one at entrance to the evidence room, and the second in the back corner of the property room. o Install conduit and wiring from controller unit to panic buttons and audio-visual system. o Install (1) new ceiling mount strobe light box in corridor above entrance to property room.
