Bid Dates: Bid Group 3 – anticipated late 1st quarter 2022 8/31/21 at 2:00pm in Ajax’s Midway Office Construction Start: Bid Group 3 Construction start (Rec/Wellness, site security & demo and abatement) 3rd quarter ‘22 Substantial Completion: 3rd quarter ‘24 Final Completion: 4th quarter ‘24 Pre-Bid Conferences will be conducted as early as possible during the bidding phase of the project to advise prospective bidders of the specific bidding requirements for the project. Details regarding the date, time and location for the Pre-Bid Conferences will be made available through the contact person(s) listed above as the bidding phase approaches. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
