Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract is for improvements & resurfacing with hot mix asphalt for the following: - Palatine Place from Circle Street to dead end - Fire Station 4 Parking Lot - Regent Street from Centre Street to Mary Street - Gage Street from Dorchester Street to Mississagua Street - Concession 6 From York Road to Queenston Road - Cannery Trail - Maintenance Repair Patches Throughout Niagara on the Lake The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake hereby reserves the right to increase or reduce the scope of the work proposed for this contract.
