This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of for the provision of catch basin cleaning, sanitary line sewer flushing, and hydro-excavating services on an as-and-when-required basis to NPPC Agencies within the limits of the Region of Niagara as further described in the RFP document. The maximum term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of 3 years, with an option in favour of the NPC to extend the term (without any other change in the Agreement) for 2 additional period(s) of up to 1 year each.
