Clearing and grubbing, removal of existing structures, miscellaneous removals, asphalt pavement removal, concrete pavement removal, curb removal, curb & gutter removal, sidewalk removal, all excavation and undergrading shall be in accordance with Chapter 3 of the current approved City of Springfield, Standard Specifications, except as modified by this Job Special Provision.
