Clearing and grubbing, removal of existing structures, miscellaneous removals, asphalt pavement removal, concrete pavement removal, curb removal, curb & gutter removal, sidewalk removal, all excavation and undergrading shall be in accordance with Chapter 3 of the current approved City of Springfield, Standard Specifications, except as modified by this Job Special Provision. Payment for Clearing and grubbing, removal of existing structures, miscellaneous removals, asphalt pavement removal, concrete pavement removal, curb removal, curb & gutter removal and sidewalk removal shall be included in the Clearing, Grubbing, Miscellaneous Removals, Relocations & Adjustments (Including all removals, relocations, adjustments, abandonments and disposal in accordance with federal, state and local laws that are not itemized) (Item includes private irrigation systems and other private utilities) bid item.
