Proposers shall submit an original and three (3) copies of his/her proposal and one (1) electronic version on CD or thumb drive. The estimated construction cost is to be determined. Scope of services includes including investigation, use analysis, programming and athletic surfacing systems review, preparation of conceptual athletic facility design, conceptual opinions of probable project costs, and 3-D renderings of the Coakley Middle School Lower Field. Fee is not to exceed $30,000. The selected proposer will be required to be currently registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a landscape architect or civil engineer, and shall have proven experience in public bid construction work as well as experience in lighting systems, various athletic surface systems including turf and natural grass, and cost analysis/construction cost estimates. Responsibilities and duties shall be as outlined in the Scope of Service and otherwise comply with the Massachusetts General Law Chapter 7C. The Town of Norwood shall have the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defect of irregularities as to form, therein in accordance with MGL.
