Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Perth, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes approximately: - 5800 m3 earth excavation - 3540 t Granular A - 7840 t Granular B - 850 t of hot mix asphalt (2022) - 650 t of hot mix asphalt (2023) - 950 m2 of concrete sidewalk - 1275 m of concrete curb and gutter - 430 m of 300 to 450 mm dia. storm sewer - 710 m of 250 mm dia. sanitary sewer - 675 m of 150 to 250 mm dia. watermain as well as other work incidental thereto. Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of B. M. Ross and Associates, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00, which includes all taxes, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited.
