Start/Delivery Date Upon Award of Contract Project Duration One year contract with 2 options for renewal; 3 years total Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 02/25/2022 2:00 PM (PST) The Park Operations Division within the City of Sacramento has an ongoing need to purchase recreational supplies for parks and open spaces. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts for these supply items. Contracts will be awarded based on the lowest bid price for each item. Bidders are not required to supply all of the supplies requested. Alternatives: The requested manufacturer and part information has been provided. The use of an alternative manufacturer or part which is of equal quality and meets the required characteristics for the purpose intended will be considered by the Park Operations Division. The LBE Preference Program is applicable to all City procurement opportunities under $250,000 and provides a 5% preference to qualifying businesses. City Code Chapter 3.60.260.The LBE Participation Program is applicable to public project/construction contracts $250,000 or more unless waived by the City Manager or the City Manager's designee. Under City Code section 3.60.270, all bidding contractors must meet or exceed the minimum LBE participation requirement specified in the contracts bid specifications to qualify as a responsive bidder.
