Site work for a water / sewer project in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract to meet requirements of Chapter 22 Article 17 (the UST Act) and Chapter 33 Article 30 (the AST Act) for Corrective Action and Site Remediation activities as related to Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) and Leaking Aboveground Storage Tanks (LAST) for all of West Virginia. Contracts may be awarded to up to three (3) Vendors to ensure coverage of and availability for the entire State. There will be no engineering services for this contract. Maximum project expenditures shall not exceed $25,000 per project. TECHNICAL QUESTION DEADLINE AT 5:00PM, ET 2022-02-15
