Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
BID NUMBER: 22-006 The City of Naperville is accepting bids from authorized vendors to replace existing sidewalk and curb at various locations throughout the city that have been identified as in need of repair. Work will include generally concrete removal, stone base preparation, concrete placement, structure adjustments, street patching, and landscape restoration. Bid Bond Yes (10%) When noted in the specifications, the City reserves the right to require the successful bidder to supply a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond within ten (10) calendar days of acceptance of the bidder's proposal by the City. The bonds, unless otherwise specified by the Purchasing Manager, shall be 100% of the total contract price.
