Monterey Peninsula College Library Technology Center Coffee Lounge Renovation Project Monterey Peninsula Community College District is asking for bids for the Library Technology Center Coffee Lounge Renovation project. This renovation is projected to be in construction from March through August, 2022. Scope of work consists of the remodel of existing cafe space with new finishes, furniture, and equipment. New plumbing, electrical, reconfigured mechanical, and non-load bearing partitions. No change in use or occupancy. This project requiring prevailing wage pay rates.
