**As of April 5, 2022, this project has been awarded to Greene Construction, Inc. and the awarded amount is $347,261(Base Bid + Alternate 2).** The project consists of renovation of approximately 2,400 square feet of open library seating area on the lower floor into a maker space with equipment room and storage room. Work consists of minor demolition, construction of new metal stud and gypsum board walls and finishes, aluminum storefront windows and doors, hollow metal door frames, wood doors and associated hardware.
