Renovation of a stadium in Echo Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Removal of existing concrete as well as preparation and installation of new concrete on the exterior of the ice surface on the North and East sides of the structure (approximately 4500ft2). - Installation of new manually operated 10-foot-tall overhead roll-up door at the southeast corner, east of the existing man door. - Installation of a new 6-inch-wide x 4-foot linear trench drain flush to concrete with a bottom outlet that meets the loading requirements of DIN Class C at the Zamboni Entrance onto the ice surface. Trench drain shall drain to catch basin in Zamboni Room. - Installation of electrical services that includes two 50 Amp services (1 on each side of building) and a portable panel with 6 duplex receptacles. Refer to MET drawings for locations and details. - Installation of in floor heat in 24 ft x 20 ft zone around the new trench drain to be installed. See MET drawings for approximate limits. - Installation of Gravity drain at East Edge of ice surface using Zurn Z883-SVF 6" drain with 4" bottom outlet to ease drainage during ice surface melt with 4" diameter rigid pipe which daylights into the ditch east of the building. - Apply, obtain and pay for all required applications, permits and electrical inspections (The contractor is required to obtain a Municipal Building Permit but there will be no cost from the Township). - Mobilize to site; - Provide and install construction safety barriers, and signage as required. - Clean up and removal from site of all surplus material. - Demobilization from site.
