Reference number : 1571322 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard plans to purchase crushed stone of different sizes for the year 2022-2023, from April 2, 2022 until April 1 , 2023, all supplied and delivered according to directives stipulated in the call for tenders document and specified in the schedule. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the total amount submitted must accompany the bid, in the form of a certified check.
