This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Purpose: DSFM has two buildings that utilize air quality sensors which monitor harmful vapors such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide (byproducts of running gasoline and diesel engines, respectively). When levels reach a certain point, fans are automatically programmed to turn on to immediately bring in fresh air while evacuating the contaminated air. These fans offer a high air turn-over rate and are usually only turned on when the sensors tell them to do so. The sensors in A-bldg (Brasch manufacture) were recently replaced/calibrated and are good until November 2023. The maintenance annex which was built as a part of COM 17 also has similar sensors (GSTA-series sensors, Dwyer manufacturer) installed in the garage portion and the annex. Similarly, they, too, require new sensors/filters to be installed to ensure the system is reliable and will trigger the fans to turn on when the air reaches an unsafe level. It is important to calibrate (or replace) both the sensor for carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide to ensure accuracy, dependability, and the overall safe operation of the device. This will be the first time DSFM maintenance will service this system and will need a few additional parts to be acquired on a one-time purchase. Requested items: 2x Dwyer A-506 (Nitrogen Dioxide Sensor) - sensor for byproduct of diesel engines 2x Dwyer A-505 (Carbon Monoxide Sensor) - sensor for byproduct of gasoline engines 4x Dwyer A-449 (Remote Display w/USB Plug) - provides a digital readout of current gas levels; this is something that will stay plugged in all all times to give real-time level readouts (similar to A-bldg system). When sensors reach the end of their use-life, the display will indicate when sensor needs replaced. Contractor Information. Provide contractor information requested on page one. Itemized Quote.
