Sealed tenders shall be submitted to: Mike Alcock, Director of Public Works Municipality of Morris-Turnberry PO Box 310, 41342 Morris Road Brussels, ON N0G 1H0 Tenders will be received on or before: 12:00:59 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, March 3, 2022 Tenders Not Received at the Stated Location, on or Before, the Closing Time will not be Accepted. The work includes replacement of an existing cast-in-place concrete culvert with a new cast-in-place concrete culvert. There is an option to provide a bid to replace the structure with a pre-cast concrete box structure. The project site is west of Walton. Plans, specifications and tender forms for this contract may be obtained from the office of the undersigned after February 17, 2022, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates, which includes all taxes. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $20,000.00. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. B. M.
