Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to repair CDFW power poles and other miscellaneous work. The location of services shall be performed at shall be performed at Carrizo Plains Ecological Reserve, Chimineas Ranch Road, CA, San Luis Obispo County. Prospective bidders shall meet at the South Chimineas parking lot located at Mile Marker 42, Highway 166, San Luis Obispo County. A CDFW representative will meet you at the parking lot and escort you to the jobsite. License Required: A or C-10 Estimated Cost: $ 175,000.00 Construction shall be completed within ONE HUNDRED (100) WORKING DAYS upon DGS Approval, following the official "Notice of Start Date" from the State to the Contractor to commence construction. Proposed Start of Construction Date - June 2022 Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.
