Technical specifications and forms of bid for the Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance for RiverWinds Drive, RiverWinds Point and RiverWinds Community Center, Optional West Deptford Township Municipal Building and West Deptford Free Library are on file at the West Deptford Township Purchasing Office located at 400 Crown Point Road, West Deptford NJ 08086. Should overnight delivery be requested, the prospective bidder is responsible for bearing that expense. Bids must be made on the standard bid form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outer envelope: 1. Name and address of the bidder 2. Name of the bid Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance for RiverWinds Drive, RiverWinds Point and RiverWinds Community Center, and Optional West Deptford Township Municipal Building and West Deptford Free Library (Thursday March 3, 2022 @11:00 am prevailing time) 3. Addressed to the West Deptford Township Purchasing Office attention Barbara J.Lamplugh 400 Crown Point Road, West Deptford NJ 08086 The signed bid forms must be delivered to the place named above on or before the scheduled bid opening. The accepted applicant will be required to execute the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. West Deptford Township reserves the right to, as permitted by law: (i) not select any of the applicants; (ii) require applicants to submit to a personal interview and/or submit additional or clarifying information; (iii) to reject any and all proposals; (iv) to waive any informalities in the proposals; and (v) procure the articles or services from other sources if deemed most advantageous to the objectives of the Township. West Deptford Township's determination of the applicant who is most advantageous to the goals and objectives of the Township shall be final and conclusive.
