Pre-Bid Meeting - No pre-bid due to Covid-19 virus- submission of questions via Civcast only. It will be MANDATORY for vendors submitting a proposal to schedule a site visit at the Wakeforest Water Plant, 4854 Wakeforest, Houston, Texas 77005 to evaluate the project requirements. Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered. If you have specific questions concerning the bid specifications or the scope of work, please submit on Civcast. The City of West University Place reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City. The deadline to ask questions is 3/07/2022 5:00 PM CST
