1) Contractor to coordinate resident move's for the project within Beaverdam Lodge 3 rooms at a time 2) Contractor to remove ACM containing material in the shower area 3) Remove existing grab bars and re-use, install new grab bar at bench location. Contractor to install backing for grab bars 4) Remove all flooring in washroom and suite 5) Remove existing washroom cabinet & backsplash 6) Remove existing sink tap, sink, shower taps 7) Remove exising lighting and install new(LED) Builder grade 8) Remove shower curtain bar and install with new (fixed in place) 9) Supply and install new tap for shower and sink(delta) 10) Supply and install new hand towel bar at sink location (12- 16 inches with backing) 11) Supply and install Wedi shower system, shower pan, shower curb, niche and wedi bench 24 inches wide x 12 inches deep x 20 inches high, wedi silicon(contractor to confirm all drain locations and to ensure drain is 2inch as per wedi specs 12) Supply and install 12 x 24 wall tile in shower STAS1224N ASH, Supply and install new backsplash tile for vanity 6 inch high with Schluter trim 13) Supply and new maple vanity(flat slab panel) and counter top(Black Alicante 4926K-07 Textured Gloss) 14) Supply and install 2 x 2 floor tile for shower pan, curb and nich (ECGRMOS2U) 15) Patch and paint all walls in washroom and Bedroom Agreeable grey 16) Supply and install new flooring throughout(vinyl plank steamed oak 5mm Allura flex)with new rubber cove base burnt umber DC63(All floor prep work to be included) 17) In suites 1, 11, 31, 41, 51 remove existing accordion doors and install new wall with solid wood door/painted white 18) In suites 6, 16, 26, 36, 46, 56 remove existing half wall and build new wall to ceiling height to support new shower system. Please note these rooms will require new grab bars 19) Supply and install new window roller shade's with continuous cord loop(white) contractor to confirm all measurements 20) All Bid bonds as noted in Section 37
