The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source or sources of supply for the purchase of new supplies and/or equipment as listed. It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) to identify contractors capable of supplying, delivering and installing a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Manufactured Home at Aiken State Park per the attached specifications. The funds available for this project are limited to $99,999. If the price you offer exceeds this amount, your offer will be rejected as non-responsive QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 02/22/2022 10:00 AM Contractor is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining in good standing, all licenses (including professional licenses, if any), permits, inspections and related fees for each or any such licenses, permits and /or inspections required by the State, county, city or other government entity or unit to accomplish the work specified in this solicitation. This includes contacting the Aiken County Zoning Department to insure all required permits and approvals are in place. -Contractor shall deliver/install manufactured home to designated homesite; ensuring installation conforms to Manufactured Home Installation Manual (Attachment A), as well as all other applicable regulations/requirements. - Contractors will begin the set-up process with "A" half and "B" half including blocking and leveling of home. -Following blocking and leveling of home, contractor will install batten trim - Following batten trim install, contractor will install fiber cement. - Contractor will connect power to existing power and plumbing on site. - Contractor will supply and fully install all items listed in Specifications/Requirements below. - Contractor will install an 8x8 deck for front entrance and 4x4 steps for back entrance. - Once installation is complete, contractor will be responsible for having final inspections scheduled with all applicable governmental entities; including Aiken County Zoning Department.
