Renovation of a mixed-use development in Leland, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of removal and replacement of 15 rooftop exhaust fans/hood fans, installation of 6 individual classroom toilet room exhaust fans and associated curb adapters, control work, electrical work and testing/balancing at Leland School located at 370 North Main Street, Leland, Illinois 60531. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract. Bidder will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. The successful Bidder shall be required to comply with all provisions of the acts of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois related to Wage Rates, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Alcohol Use, Preference to Illinois Workmen, Fair Employment Practices Commission, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests.
