Renovation of a residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project consists of the limited removal and disposal of old trim and siding materials and supply and qualified professional installation of new trim and siding materials on eight sides of four buildings at the Brickenwood (AMP 60-7003) federally funded (HUD) public housing development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Unexpected Closures: If at the advertised time scheduled for the bid opening the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, then the bid opening will be postponed until 10:00 A.M. on the next regularly scheduled business day. All bids will be accepted until that time and date. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
