The County of Perth intends to rehabilitate bridge structure 121078 located on Perth Road 121 within the Village of Millbank between Perth Line 72 (East) and Perth Line 72 (West), and bridge structure 121034 also located on Perth Road 121 north of Line 61 and the Village of Poole. Perth Road 121 is a Class 3 County Road with a traffic volume of approximately 2800 vehicles per day. Structure 121078 is a 3-span (8.4m, 13.4m, 8.4m) T-beam bridge on a skewed alignment spanning the Nith River. Rehabilitation requirements include, but are not limited to, concrete removals and repairs to the structure's wingwalls, soffit, beams and deck edges, the installation of concrete spillways and curb and gutter, the extension of deck drains, the replacement of rope and caulking joints and the removal existing guiderail system and installation of new galvanized steel beam guiderail. Engineered drawings are provided. Structure 121034 is a 23.1m span voided-rigid frame bridge on a square alignment located on Perth Road 121 just north of the Village of Poole. Rehabilitation requirements include, but are not limited to, concrete removals and repairs to the deck top, wingwalls, soffit and deck edges, construction of concrete curb and cutter and spillways, the removal existing guiderail system and installation of new galvanized steel beam guiderail.
