Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westampton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Burlington County Institute of Technology does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/ requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Specific questions submitted to the Architect will be addressed in issued Addenda (if required). Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C032, #C047 and #C029 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. This bid proposal addresses HVAC Improvements at the Burlington County Institute of Technology. The Burlington County Institute of Technology reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone & fax number, and date of the bid opening. Each bid must be delivered to the Business Administrator prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. No late bids will be accepted. The Burlington County Institute of Technology will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A.C. 17:27.
