Improvements and modifications to the City of Nacogdoches Surface Water Treatment Plant shall include the following: 1. Filters 1 - 4 Improvements: a) Filter pipe gallery butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator replacements on various Filters as shown in the plans and described in these specifications. b) Removal and Replacement of the Electronic Valve Positioner/Controllers on Filters 1 - 4. c) Removal and Replacement of the Ultrasonic Level Sensors on Filters 1 -4. 2. Filters 5 - 10 Improvements: a) Filter rehabilitation including removal disposal of existing filter media and filter underdrains and installation of new filter media and underdrain b) Removal and Replacement of Filter Effluent Turbidimeters for Filters 6, 7, 9, and 10. c) Filter pipe gallery butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator replacements on various Filters as shown in the plans and described in these specifications. d) Removal and Replacement of the Electronic Valve Positioner/Controllers on all Filters 5 - 10. e) Removal and Replacement of Ultrasonic Level Sensors on Filters 5 - 10.
