Location- 49 Boston Road Southborough, MA 01772 The work is estimated to cost $ 49,000 The Project consists of: Kitchen cabinet replacement at two (2) kitchens. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of existing cabinets at each kitchen. 2. Removal of existing range vent hood, sheetrock furred wall above hood and replacement with new combination microwave/exhaust vent hood above existing range. 3. Removal and replacement of existing sink and faucet. 4. Electrical work as described on the documents. 5. Replacement of select existing sheetrock surfaces above range. 6. Patching of existing sheetrock surfaces damaged due to cabinet removal operations and as necessary prep for painting of kitchen. 7. Painting of sheetrock kitchen walls and ceilings. 8. Coordination and installation of temporary plywood countertop so tenants can use kitchen counter top surfaces while waiting for new countertop fabrication at occupied units. 9. Removal of up to two layers of existing finish flooring and particleboard underlayment to subfloor. Replacement with new plywood floor underlayment and resilient finish floor. 10. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Work completed within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
