This contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through lack of appropriations, legislative budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidations, or any other disruption of current appropriations, provisions of the Termination Article in the Services Contract shall apply. TFC intends to award all equipment to one vendor. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted by TFC. TFC intends to make one award for all items. Equipment substitutions of equal or better quality and function may be considered at the full and sole discretion of TFC. For any proposed equipment substitutions respondent shall provide a manufacturers specification sheet and must be submitted for review as part of the Q & A period of the solicitation. Failure to obtain pre-approval of alternate brands will result in disqualification of submitted bid. Respondent shall provide a manufacturers specification sheet with bid. Upon completion of delivery and final acceptance by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner with the maximum available manufacturer's warranty on all products All deliveries shall be during regular business hours. Regular business hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
