Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a two-story above grade medical facility.

This is a Design-Build (DB) project for certain renovations on two existing floors in the main hospital building. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, design, supervision and incidental related costs for certain renovations including, but not limited to, demolition of existing construction (as needed) and re-construction of existing 7th floor interior spaces into three (3)operating suites, post-op recovery, waiting room, and support spaces; demolition of existing construction (as needed) and re-construction of existing 8th floor interior spaces into individual intensive care patient rooms with private restrooms, staff support areas, and nurse stations; installation of a new hydraulic elevator; completion of elevator penthouse construction; correction of 8th floor building envelope and roofing components as required; and mold remediation. Beneficial Occupancy of 7th floor is desired as soon as possible. Contractor will adhere to VA TIL requirements for the design and construction efforts. Submission Requirements: Contact persons supplied for Phase 1, Factor 1- Corporate Project Experience projects will be contacted by the Evaluation Panel and asked the questions listed below at 3.a.1)-3) and 3.b.1)- 4). with projects participated in by the Prime (Construction Contractor and Architect firm) being weighted more heavily than projects participated in by consultants, sub-contractors, and individuals. Relevant is defined as projects of essentially the same scope and magnitude of effort and complexities this solicitation requires. Submitted projects shall have been completed in the last seven years, shall be design-build construction contracts for scopes completed in an active hospital or other medical setting, and with a cost range of $10M-$20M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
