The work should be in compliance with all ADA, city and or other building codes as required. The new restroom addition project will include both women and men restrooms and the demolition of the current study rooms. Ladies Restroom with 8 stalls and 5 sinks with the following specifications: 1. Demolition of walls and doors with frames in the proposed space. 2. Install new doors and frames (2 per restroom) 3.0 doors per layout, matching the existing doors. 3.
